Experts by definition,
brothers by vocation
Pascal Jaton
Director and founder
For many years, Pascal Jaton worked as Swiss marketing manager for the Mazda and Lancia automotive companies. Alongside his passion for music and history, it was his intense interest in the world of entertainment that led him, in 2004, to take charge of marketing for major theme parks within the Compagnie des Alpes group.
It was then by joining the senior management of one of Europe’s leading water parks that Pascal Jaton found the scope for creativity and initiative to match his abilities and his energy. He has since extended his range by designing an indoor family theme park that will open its doors in 2018, and by getting involved in the redeployment and operation of a flagship Valais cultural and heritage site: the Abbey of St. Maurice.
Pascal Jaton wanted to place his exuberant enthusiasm and his experience at the disposal of professionals in Entertainment, Culture and Accommodation but also of project sponsors or investors by creating his own company in 2013: Go2Play.
Eric Barberet-Girardin
Entertainment and management expert
Eric Barberet-Girardin joined the team of “Invincibles” at Parc Astérix in order to prepare for and contribute to its opening in 1989. His thirst for discovery and for culture then led him to launch “Edutainment” at the cultural and heritage sites of which he took charge.
In 2003, he joined the Astérix senior management team to launch the water parks business of the Compagnie des Alpes group. This began a rich and fruitful collaboration with Pascal Jaton.
For that same group he developed a major tourist project with the capacity for more than 600,000 visitors encompassing two amusement parks, an ecomuseum and a residential estate comprising 200 lodges. Eric Barberet-Girardin was then called upon to restructure the Walibi brand and to implement the “Very High Satisfaction” initiative for visitors to Walibi Sud-Ouest.
His solid expertise and extensive experience in entertainment, leisure and culture, allied to his desire to share his skills, led him to join forces with Pascal Jaton. Alongside Pascal Jaton, he places his expertise at the disposal of professionals and project sponsors in the tourist industry.
